WHILST WE ARE STILL FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE IN RESPECT OF SOCIAL DISTANCING WE ARE DELIGHTED THAT WE ARE NOW FULLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ONCE AGAIN. WE ARE HAPPY TO MEET CLIENTS FACE TO FACE BY APPOINTMENT IN ONE OF OUR NEWLY DEDICATED CONFERENCE ROOMS. WE DO ASK, HOWEVER, THAT VISITORS CONTINUE TO WEAR FACE COVERINGS ON THE PREMISES UNLESS IN THE CASE OF A MEDICAL EXEMPTION.
WE HAVE TAKEN A NUMBER OF POSITIVE STEPS TO MAKE SURE ALL OF OUR PREMISES ARE COVID-SECURE INCLUDING SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES, HAND-SANITISERS AND RECEPTION SCREENS.
IF YOU PREFER NOT TO VISIT US IN PERSON AT THIS STAGE YOU CAN STILL CONTACT US BY TELEPHONE ON 0191 3887884 (Chester le Street office) or 0191 3862434 (Durham office). ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN EMAIL US: Reception.CLS@richmondanderson.co.uk or Reception.Durham@richmondanderson.co.uk. THERE IS ALSO A ‘CONTACT US’ FACILITY WITHIN THE ‘CONTACT US’ PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE DURHAM OFFICE IS CLOSED TO VISITORS BETWEEN 12NOON – 1PM AND THE CHESTER-LE-STREET OFFICE BETWEEN 1PM – 2PM. YOU CAN STILL TELEPHONE US DURING THESE TIMES AS THE SWITCHBOARDS WILL CONTINUE TO BE MANNED.
WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING DURING WHAT WAS A VERY DIFFICULT TIME FOR EVERYONE AND ARE DELIGHTED THAT WE ARE NOW ABLE TO RESUME NORMAL WORKING PROCEDURES.
AS GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE EVOLVES WE WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED OF ANY MATERIAL CHANGES TO OUR WORKING PRACTICES.
Please also note that although we are taking all reasonable steps to maintain and provide a high level of service during this difficult period, we do not have control over the impact this has on 3rd parties (e.g. Courts, Land Registry, Search Providers, Probate Offices etc.) therefore please note that unexpected delays may arise. We will keep you advised accordingly if your matter requires such.
